Renewed formation of pearlite at the spheroidising - 1.7034

Renewed formation of microstructure in the annealing structure is an indication that the annealing temperatures were too high at some times. Because of this a part of the material becomes austenitic and at the following cooling pearlite or bainite formed itself depending on cooling rate. This structure defect also can appear in areas with surface decarburization because the annealing parameters are balanced with a faultless material. However, the analysis doesn't correspond to the basic material within the surface decarburization. Some materials rather also tend to renewed formation of microstructure as other.
