Initial easily removable rust can occur by bad storage of the material after some time. Thicker rust layers with formation of scars can partly occur later. Among other things this form of defect is favored by strong humidity in the surroundings and on the surface of the product (open storage). A bad rinsed surface after pickling also has a negative effect in single cases.
