The series of experiments was made to get knowledge about the hardness acceptance and crystalline structures at a too low quenching temperature (alpha-gamma mixed area) at the material 59CrV4.
Initial condition : hot rolled 13,00 mm , spheroidised Heat treatment : laboratory furnace (volume 2 liter)
Hardening : holding time 45 minutes , quenching in oil
